Subway NCS opens as the 16th location of the fresh-food leader on Guam

(BARRIGADA HEIGHTS, Guam—) Subway NCS right outside the gate of Naval Communications Station in North Finegayan, had a grand opening as the 16th location of the fresh-food leader on Guam.

The newest Subway restaurant on Guam, Subway NCS opened its doors on April 27, 2021, and held a grand opening ceremony on May 28, 2021.

Subway, the quick-service restaurant brand that owns the “fresh food” positioning, has pulled all the investment stops to enhance the customer experience at the NCS location. The dining landmark models the “Fresh Forward” décor, the newest restaurant design in the Subway system. The lit curved arrows forming the “S” Choice Mark, which double as wall art and embodiment of the fresh food available at Subway, hangs on a bright, bold green wall adjacent to the service counter. That the arrows are placed strategically by the point of purchase is no coincidence. It points to the clean, well-lighted service counter that beckons the customers to interact with sandwich artists in making a fresh 6-inch, Footlong® or wrap by itself or a meal. Or even a party platter, one freshly made sandwich at a time.

Subway NCS occupies approximately 1,500 sq. ft. of prime dining, service counter, and kitchen space.

With the opening of Subway NCS, the fresh food leader now has a total of 16 convenient locations all over Guam.

The brand’s evolution with the restaurant landscape on Guam will come full circle with the opening of their newest restaurant within the Mobil Yigo North service station. It will be the newest restaurant to carry the Fresh Forward Restaurant design, which encompasses the bright and bold color palette inspired by the fresh vegetables that are sliced fresh in the restaurants The lighted iconic SUBWAY® “S” Choice Mark lends itself to brand identification from the outside, even at night and the wall art depicts the brand’s choice ingredients in a fun and playful way. Eco-friendly appurtenances such as LED lighting, water-saving appliances, wall covering and molding with recycled content are all part of the new décor.
